Michael Q Blair
Michael (Quinton) Blair has been helping Canadians navigate mortgage financing since 2011. He’s known for taking the time to truly understand his clients’ goals and building mortgage strategies that fit their real lives—not just today, but long term. His work focuses on customized mortgage planning, accelerated debt repayment, and thoughtful retirement strategies, all built around ongoing client relationships.
Mike is an Accredited Mortgage Professional and a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, with multiple industry awards recognizing his commitment to client care and results.
Joining Mike in late 2019 is his licensed assistant, Ludmila Muczij. With years of experience as a mortgage broker and a strong background working with local credit unions across Winnipeg, Ludmila plays a key role in ensuring clients receive mortgage solutions that align with their full financial picture. Together, they work as a team to provide clear advice, strong lender options, and a smooth mortgage experience.
Outside of his mortgage practice, Mike is also known as Quinton Blair, a touring Canadian country and folk musician. A 10-time Manitoba Country Music Association award winner, he has performed across North America and collaborated with many well-known names in Canadian country music. His music is available on all major streaming platforms and can be heard on local and satellite radio.
When he’s not working with clients or on the road, Mike spends his time with his family and horses, exploring the backcountry of Manitoba—the province he proudly calls home.
